Experience the magic of pinhole photography and learn about darkroom techniques in this workshop. Play with light by making your own camera and shooting and processing black and white prints. Many examples of pinhole cameras and pinhole work by contemporary photographers will also be shown.
This is a rare opportunity to learn from internationally-acclaimed photographer Dianne Bos (above) who returns to her hometown of Dundas for an exhibition of her work and to conduct this workshop. TBA is the new contemporary art space at the The Carngegie Gallery, the 30-year old artist-run gallery in the heart of Dundas, Ontario. Housed in the the Gallery’s newly built Atrium, on the side of the Gallery’s century building (a former library), TBA offers a soaring, light-filled space perfect for exciting new shows and programming. Dianne Bos’ exhibition “Revenant” inaugurates the TBA space.
